30 Day Return Policy 30-Day Return Policy on vehicles purchased for more than $14,999 are conditional to: Surcharge of $1.10 per mile will be assessed up to 1,000 miles driven. Vehicles driven over 1,000 miles will not qualify for the 30-day return policy. A 15% restocking fee will be calculated from the total purchase price of the vehicle. All non-cancelable items and any and all fees incurred by third party contracts, including but not limited to shipping and handling fees are not counted as part of the purchase price. If the 30-Day Return Policy is exercised and your trade was sold, we will reimburse you the amount for your trade as indicated on the Vehicle Purchase Order. 30-day Return Policy will also apply to “Out of State customers”. Customers will be responsible for any additional fees such as shipping, any fees incurred by third party contracts including but not limited to shipping and handling fees. Out of State Customers welcome to have 3rd party inspection prior to shipment. The vehicle MUST be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase to qualify for the program. PLEASE NOTE: VEHICLES PURCHASED UNDER $14,999 DO NOT QUALIFY FOR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY.
